Return & Exchange Policy – JalalClothing
At JalalClothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Return / Exchange Timeframe
- Requests must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
- Requests after this period will not be accepted.
When Return / Exchange Is Accepted
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect product
- The fabric quality, color, or design does not match what was shown on our website
Return / Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused
- Be unwashed and unstained
- Be returned in original packaging
- Have all tags and labels intact
Products that are used, washed, stitched, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Charges
- If the return or exchange is due to customer preference or change of mind, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, JalalClothing will bear the return/exchange shipping charges.
Refund Policy
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not refunded in cash; refunds are made through bank or digital wallet transfer only.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen resolution; minor color differences are not eligible for return.
- Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
